I wrote the screen story and visually developed this film idea based one of Peter Farrelly's childrens books. 

...my idea for her poster, drink umbrella and all. Clearly based on one of her classic roles. I said I'd only do this if i got to meet her.

Before there is development there is a poster.  Here is the creature and some tagline's I wrote to get the project some traction.

Super graphic posters I made to promote WB's new SCOOBY film- inspired by the Space Jam teasers.

A film that had to do with world virus and connective thoughts- hence the DaVinci poses that I turned into a honeycombs and cubes of connectivity.

A lot of weird stuff comes across my desk. I must be nuts because i think this could actually work.

A fake show called the DOOZIES needed to look like they had a real history so i did NEWMAN as a Doozie.

The brilliant John K came in to develop a Viking project we had.  This is the logo and poster I made for his development pitches. A big, obnoxious 3d gator boarded thing.

Btw, If you ever get a chance to see this guy pitch a project don't miss it! But wear a raincoat and give him lots of elbow room.

For a man who paints and also went to the moon I loved coming up with the rocket and brush parallel.

My friends made and awkwardly hilarious 'instructional' film about a chronic masterbater in the 1950's.  Their coming of age story received a hot reception in Park City that winter.  If you've not seen it I heard it will be the warm up to DIsney/Pixars next Bluray release.

The background behind Lou is a collage pin-up girls. This might be the first thing I ever made in photoshop so my apologies. And also for only being able to find a postcard to photograph. Its been a long time. Shit gets lost.

A spread in my favorite magazine as a kid. Kinda random but I'll take it. Here's my future short film's art director Travis Stobbe carrying a sandwich board of the poster I made promoting Teddy Newton's hilarious and disturbing short film.  The article was about SUNDANCE but the Trouble with Lou was actually being shown at SLAMdance up the hill.  The festival was in an old mine and easily the coolest way to watch a film in Park City.

Lou is one of my favorite animation artists of all-time. If you know his work I know he's one of yours too. If you don't, look him up.
